Change color.
Row 3:
With green color, chain 3, skip next stitch, *(double crochet, chain 1, double crochet) in next stitch, skip next two stitches*. Repeat * * to last 2 stitches. 1 double crochet in last stitch. Turn the work.
Row 4:
With flower petal color, chain 3, skip first double crochet, make popcorn in next chain 1 space. Chain 2, popcorn in next chain 1 spaces. Repeat across the row. Chain 1, 1 double crochet in top of chain 3. Turn.

Row 5, 6 and 7: Repeat row 1
