Abbreviations:
Ch =chain
Sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
st = stitch
Hook size: I’m using 4.00 mm hook size,
Foundation: chain multiple of 2
Row 1: In the 3th chain from the hook, make half double crochet ( hdc), Keep making hdc in every stitch until the end of the row.
Row 2: Turn the work, in the first stitch make 1 single crochet (sc), and chain 2, *1 double crochet in the 2nd chain , chain 2 , (1 puff stitch in the same stitch, skip 2 chain and make 1 double crochet) you should now have 4 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through all loops.*
Repeat from * to * across, ch 1, 1 sc in the last st.
Row 3: in the 3th chain from the hook, make half double crochet ( hdc), Keep making hdc in every stitch until the end of the row.
Row 4: Turn the work, in the first stitch make 1 single crochet (sc), and chain 2, 1 double crochet in the 2nd chain , chain 2 , (1 puff stitch in the same stitch, skip 2 chain and make 1 double crochet) you should now have 4 loops on your hook, Yarn Over and pull through all loops.
Repeat Row 2 and row 3 until required length.
