Tunisian simple stitch, in each stitch across.

Return Pass (RetP) worked as follows:
yarn over, pull through two loops; *ch 1 ; yarn over pull through 3 loops*

Repeat from * to * until 1 loop remains on hook.

Row 2: Change color
