Row 1: With color A
In 4th chain from hook make 1 Dc , skip next two ch, in next chain work (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) (shell), *skip next 4 chain, (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in next ch *,
Repeat from * to * across to last 4 chain, skip next 2 ch, double crochet in each of last 2 ch, turn.
Row 2:
Chain 3 (counts as first double crochet), dc in next double crochet, work (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in ch-1 space of each shell across to last 2 double crochets of row, dc in next double crochets, dc in 2nd ch of ending ch 3, turn.
Row 3: With color B
Join New color, chain 3 (counts as first dc), dc in next double crochets, DC between last dc made and next shell st 2 rows below (Row 1) pulling dc up to current level of work, * (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in ch-1 space of next shell on current row, dc between shell just made and next shell stitch 2 rows below (Row 1) pulling dc up to current level of work *,
Repeat from * to * across,
Make last dc between last shell worked and last 2 double crochet of row, dc in next dc, dc in 2nd ch of ending chain 3, turn the work.
Row 4: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in next double crochet, (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in ch-1 sp of each shell across to last 2 dc, dc in next dc, dc in 2nd ch of ending ch 3, turn the work
Row 5: Rep Row 2.
