Foundation: Make an even number of chains
Row 1: Start working in the 4th chain from the hook, make a double crochet (in the back of the chain). Keep making dc in every stitch until the end of the row.
Row 2: Chain one, turn you work around, make a slip stitch in the very first stitch. So, insert your hook in the first stitch (the last double crochet in the previous row) and yarn over, Pull the yarn through and make a double crochet in the next stitch, make a slip stitch in the next stitch. Keep alternating slip stitches and double crochets.
Row 3: Repeat row 1
Row 4: Repeat row 2
Repeat for the pattern
